Who is Alissa Love?

Hi! I'm Alissa Love. I'm a girl from South Dakota who got her chemical engineering degree and moved to California. After a terrible first job experience, I went back to my reliable serving job. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I was jobless and started studying astrology and human design. In October 2022 I got rid of all my belongings and packed my whole life into two backpacks and set out to find a new home in another country.

I planned to backpack through Costa Rica to gain experience in Latin America before going to Ecuador where I wanted to permanently relocate. After 5 days in Ecuador, I decided that my heart belonged to a sweet little Caribbean city back in Costa Rica and I hopped on a plane to get settled.

I now host painting classes as well as doing online and in person astrology card readings, birth chart readings, and human design readings. Maybe one day I'll get back into engineering, but for now I am exploring my creative curiosities and spending time traveling and meeting lots of new people.
